It is our desire for you to have a functional and useful product. For end use customers only, purcharing less than three units, if after receiving your ParaZapper™ parasite zapper you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it in new undamaged condition for a full refund of the unit cost within 30 days after receipt ( excluding Shipping & Handling costs, cleaning, and used wrist straps ). Returns from dealers and re-sellers are subject to a restocking fee.
You must call us first before returning.
Used wrist straps can not be resold so there is a $12.00 US restocking charge on units returned with opened or used wrist straps.
Shipping, handling, and insurance cost are not refunded.
Additional charges may be:
Clean and polish copper paddles $7.50 per pair
Clean and polish copper pads $9.50 per pair
Dealer restocking charge, 1 to 30 days, 10 percent.
Dealer restocking charge, 30 to 60 days, 15 percent.
Dealer restocking charge, 60 to 120 days, 20 percent.
These items were polished when you received them, it is only reasonable and fair for us to receive them back in the same condition.
If you do not see at least some reasonable results from this product within 10 days, we want you to call us. We will try to help find out why you are not having good results.
Otherwise, returned units MUST be postmarked by the 30th day or there may be additional charges.
Units that are not postmarked by the 30th day may be subject to a re-stocking charge fo 25 % for 31 to 45 days and 50 % for those that exceed 45 days. We apologize, but this is due to the few people who like to abuse return policies.
Returned units that have been used are not re-sold... or may be re-sold as refurbished units for those who can not afford new. What do we do with them when not resold? We often donate them to charitable organizations or to those who can not afford to buy in foreign countries.

Warranty
Assembled units are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Not covered by this warranty, are damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of god and nature. Warranty period changed to 3 years on 10 Sept. 2004.
At our option, we will either repair or replace a defective unit or part which is covered by warranty. It is the customers obligation to provide shipment to our service center for repairs. We will provide return shipment by standard ground delivery. The customer may request 2-day or next day delivery at his/her own expense. If we must deliver to a P.O. Box or are required to use the postal service, additional charges may apply.
Because the wire to copper paddles and copper pads may break on occasion, we have an exchange policy. Call us when a wire breaks and we will mail you a replacement the following day. Return the old damaged one within 10 days and you will not be charged unless the wires were damaged by abuse, or extreme circumstances such as being chewed by a dog.
